You can order in advance a Welcome Food Pack comprising of milk, eggs, butter, bread, sugar, tea, coffee, orange juice, soap, toilet rolls and a bottle of water. In some contracts this is included.
A 25% non-returnable reservation deposit is required in advance by bank transfer, balance to be paid in full 4 weeks before arrival or in cash on arrival.
This would be on a request basis only and would depend on the apartment being vacant the night before your arrival and whether it si required for new guests on the day of your departure.
Extra beds, cots, high chairs, etc can be hired for 35 euro per week by advance booking.

What happens if I break something?
You should leave the apartment/villa in the same condition as when you came. If there a small accident there will probably be no problem at all. Tell HomeCare what has happened so we can fix it. If there is a larger damage we will cover the cost firstly from your damage deposit
