The villa is featuring a large private pool in the tropical garden also with great views over Los Arqueros golf course. The large shaded chilling area include a outdoor dining area and a BBQ.

The entrance opens up a spacious and bright living room with a large open fireplace to the right and large glass doors to the chilling area and views all the way to the Med. Great room for entertaining. Separate dining area sits 8 persons. The open spacious kitchen solution has everything you need to cook a unique dinner to the ones you love.

The marble staircase gives access to the upper floor with two bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. Direct access to a large terrace with sunbeds and a chilling area. Very private.

On the lower floor you have a large play room with biljard and three other bedrooms and a bathroom. Full laundry room. Garage.

The villa is surrounded by native and tropical plants. The pool area is very private and has several sunbeds. Due to the characteristics of the location, it is essential to have a vehicle to fully enjoy the area between Estepona and Marbella, the New Golden Mile, and all its charming beaches with chirringitos. Given the tranquility of the area the villa meets all the requirements to enjoy a tranquil and unique holiday in the heart of Costa del Sol.

Situated high up on a hill with views over valley. Sleeps 8 persons. Lovely spectacular villa located in northern Guadalmina featuring a private pool with panoramic views of the surrounding hilltops.

The entrance hall opens to a spacious and bright living room that gives direct access to a terrace and a chilling area both overlooking the pool. To the left in the living room an open fireplace, and in the center of it, a relaxing l-shaped sofa overlooking the garden and the mountains. On the right, a bright designed dining area with capacity for 8 people.

The spacious kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a unique experience and has a direct exit to the terrace for serving dinner or breakfast. The ground floor has two bedrooms. One with double beds, fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom and the other with a large single bed. Access to the upper floor is via a marble staircase in the entrance hall. Here you find another two bedrooms. The large Master bed room with fitted wardrobes, view over the pool and the mountains and a Master bathroom. The other bed room with two single beds, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom.
