This apartment is located 15 - 10 minutes walking from the famous Puerto Banus and beautiful beaches and five golf courses minutes away (golf valley).
The possibility for long term rental is available October - May.

At the main entrance there is the Pasta Cafe and a great Japanese just minutes away, plus the famous La Sala restaurant 10 minutes’ walk and 15 to the popular Ocean Beach Club.
There is a bus stop at the entrance of the complex if you wish to have a day out to Marbella or elsewhere. The casino is just 10 minutes’ walk away.

5. The space
It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and 3 terraces with a lot of sun (facing south, west and east), which is unique due to the location in the building, most of the other apartments only have sun in the morning. From all the terraces, you have amazing views.
Guest access
The apartment is fully equipped with all the usual amenities. Ideal apartment for family vacations. We have just renovated the apartment with new appliances, fridge/freezer, furniture etc. From the kitchen door, there is another terrace with washer facilities.
There is also underground parking (can fit 1 smaller car if needed) and 24 hr security which are on hand to call a taxi if needed.
6. Outside seating
On the terrace you have outdoor dining and chilling area with the Med in the background. In the communal garden there is a pool with sun beds.
7. Fresh Towels and linen.
We provide you with fresh towels and linen. You can use more space for packing things you may need and do not have to worry about laundry. Just enjoy the Spanish lifestyle.

We have an emergency telephone number if any problem arise. Security 24h/7d, cameras and fenced area. Safe parking. All for your security.
